Project Management

Project Management

DST people Project management training provides a comprehensive review with management of your current project management issues and challenges.

DST people Project management training starts with a series of twenty minute interviews with selected staff to gain an understanding of their perceptions of the effectiveness of existing systems and their ability to ensure reliable, on-time, in-budget, quality project delivery.

DST people then design a tailored program based on proven methodologies and field-tested techniques to address specific client project management issues and development needs as identified.

Project management training workshops

DST people provide a range of project management training workshops, from intermediate to advanced.
